What was the highlight of BLUESEA Interpalace

Value for money with lovely, sunny pool

Good breakfast and a lovely pool. Enough sun loungers, even though some collapsed. A lovely activities team with lots to do for everyone. Next to the hotel a ridge walk starts, connecting the ridge hotels. If you dare you can take the lift of the nearby hotel down the cliff to the road. If the bathroom smells, because there is no trap, bend the drain pipe to make a u-bend. See photo.

There’s no gym, you have to cross the street and go to next door. Consequently, you can’t go when you want, it’s with a list…

My room was too noisyon. It was one the second floor on the sea side. You could hear the cars coming and going all day and night. Just under my balcony.

Good

The hotel is easily accessible by car or bus. There is no hotel parking, but there is park space on the street and it is mostly flat. La Paz Bus bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean. There is a bar on the roof. The staff, for the most part, were friendly.

- We had a room, which can be a twin room (there is a door to the other room, which is locked), so you can hear everything that the guests are saying in that other room. There were quite noisy guests in the room next to us, who shouted for hours and slammed the door repeatedly, so you won't get much sleep if you were in a similar situation. Also, the rooms are generally not soundproofed. - Safe box in this 4 star hotel is not included in the price. There is an additional charge - We had half board, which was generally ok, but considering that we have visited a large part of Spain and been to dozens of hotels all over Spain, I can say that the food is not so varied for a 4-star hotel. Many 3-star hotels had a more varied meals. - We had an early checkout (6am), so in the lobby of the hotel across the street, they gave us sweet croissants and coffee for breakfast. In other hotels, it is a practice to serve at least cheese and ham in the hotel restaurant to make a basic sandwich.

Great hotel with reasonable price

Clean rooms, nice views from balcony. Average variety of food, not the biggest, but very enough to choose. There is a rooftop bar and another one downstairs.

Our room had a mild smell of sewer (it might be a cleaning solutions or so), but it wasn’t bad. Also hotel doesn’t provide iron, so keep in mind that you might need to buy your one. The hotel doesn’t have allocated parking space but lots of space along the street further down. If you park early, you will get a chance to get a spot closer to hotel.

So , it was very, very old , the restaurant staff were understaffed and they couldn't restock the food as fast as it should be done so there was not much to choose from, they were unbelievable kind and helpful but to don't even have a iron for clothes... that is bad !!!

Fabric of the hotel is starting to show it's age but a good place to stay.

Good food, don't know what some people have to complain about.

There is a lot of noise in the evening and early hours from the people in the street and the nightclub in the hotel opposite

Very Good

Room was clean and comfortable, big enough. Room service was cleaning and exchanging towels everyday if you wanted to. Pretty much options to eat during meals, but after several days it become a little monotonous. In general i can recommend this hotel.

A nice week in the sun could have been better

food generally good rooms comfortable and clean and good beds staff lovely, poor area very tired and needs a makeover, most of the staff lovely, bar staff could be a bit miserable but other staff lovely, quite a few broken sunbeds, no kettle in the room as expected, we may have been able to get one from reception but it wasn’t an issue, location was good lovely bars and restaurants close by

Lots of walking up hill due to poor location.

Roof top bar was lovely but loud. The pool had plenty of space but we were there in October.

It was a distance from the town centre and all up hill. When leaving the left luggage was chargeable lockers that you needed to pay every time you opened them. We were breakfast only and it was quite poor quality.

Could have been perfect if the hotel management had reacted in the correct way to a spate of thefts.

This hotel is excellent for a holiday stay in La Paz, Puerto De La Cruz. The food is decent, the rooms are a good size, the pools and the gardens are very nice to lounge in.

There was a problem with security and the customer services were not up to scratch in relation to the serious incident. I'd have given a 10 for this visit if I had received a response to our requests for assurances that the hotel would endeavour to protect the guests from being burgled. Due to the new laws about air conditioning in Spain, folks are leaving windows and doors open at night. We were on the first floor and the burgular had to climb across two balconies to rob us of our passport, phone, money and personal possessions. The other two rooms were easier to rob. The hotel has not warned guests of the regular break-ins going on at this hotel. The hotel should be giving safes for free to all those on the ground floor and tell guests to make sure they secure all their possessions and be aware that leaving a balcony door open at night, makes it easy for thieves to break in and potentially ruin thei holiday.

Very Good

Good value for money. Breakfast was good as well. As BlueSea guests we had access to the pools from other 2 hotels in the same group and to the gym as well. Wifi was ok, rooms were clean. Very helpful staff- we had an issue with our room door which was not closing and they helped us to solve this very quick. great view to the Mountain and good location. Not closed to the ocean but there is buss from hotel to the coast which is free.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice view of mount Teide.

The man in charge of the dining room was a jobsworth & clearly took great delight in slapping a bill for drinks down on guests’ tables. There had been NO mention of half board guests having to pay for drinks when we checked in. His manner was rude & confrontational. 6€ for two small glasses of coke! So much noise at night from other guests, people outside, & the loud music from the bar opposite. The food was a bit hit & miss. Freezing cold pool.
